About Smart Limits to Growth (SL2G)
The mission of Smart Limits to Growth is to combine innovative thinking on “Smart Growth“ (www.smartgrowth.org), with longer established, and more regulatory, ideas on “Limits to Growth“ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limits_to_Growth).
These concepts are primarily explored in the English city, county and regional contexts. UK Green Belt policy is a good example of “Smart Limits to Growth”, enabling smart growth within cities through limits to their growth into the surrounding countryside.
